How do I complete the survey?
You will receive an invitation in the coming weeks as the survey launches. Invitations to the survey will be sent twice a week. When you receive your invitation to participate, use your screen cursor and mouse to click on the words "Click here to take your survey!". Although participation is voluntary, it is very important that many voices from California are included. People invited to take the survey represent important communities and helps to provide different opinions about mental health and mental health services.
How long will this take?
Completing the survey should take no more than 20 minutes.
Taking the survey is your choice. You may skip questions you do not want to answer and you can stop the survey at any time. Any information you provide will be maintained in a secure manner. No one will know how you answered the questions. Only project staff will have access to the study data. We do not collect personally identifying information in this survey.
